Customers in Switzerland can expect delivery via the postal service. DPD offer an additional service for our customers in Austria and Germany - you’ll receive timely updates about your delivery via email or SMS, so you're always in the loop. We know life can get busy, and sometimes we forget to order that one important item or party supplies until the last moment. If you need your order by a specific date, don't worry! Just jot down the details in the designated box during the checkout process, and we'll do our best to make it happen. Once we receive your payment, your party products will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, except on Austrian public holidays.
