If, when completing your order, you selected payment via Klarna – either by invoice or payment in 3 installments you should have received the payment information directly from Klarna. The email will explain the payment terms. For example, payment via invoice requires that you pay the outstanding amount within 30 days from the invoice date. If the payment is not received, Klarna sends a reminder over which we have no influence. It is possible to view your payment status on the Klarna app or via their customer site.
