What can I do if the products I received are not correct , are missing or are damaged?

We want you, as our valued customer, to be 100% happy and satisfied with your order. However, on very rare occasions the contents of your order may not correspond to what you expected, perhaps there is a product defect, a packing error, or a damaged product. If this has happened, we sincerely apologise and ask that you contact us via email together with, where applicable, images of the damaged or defective product.
